Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed from our U.S. location are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
During peak seasons and holidays, carrier delays may occur that are outside of our control.
Our Warehouse Locations We fulfill orders from two warehouse locations:
- Canada (Toronto, ON): Fulfills all Canadian and international orders. Canadian orders are delivered duty-free.
- United States (Michigan, USA): Fulfills all U.S. orders. U.S. orders are delivered tariff-free.
Canada Shipping
Canada Post: 4-7 business days to all provinces - Free over $150. Calculated at checkout for orders under $150
Intelcom/Other: 4-7 business days to all provinces - Free over $150. Calculated at checkout for orders under $150

U.S. Shipping
Standard (UNIUNI /USPS): 2-7 business days - Free over $150 or varies by state
FedEx Overnight: 1-2 business days (orders placed before 1:00 PM EDT deliver next business day)- $30 USD
International Shipping International orders are fulfilled from our Canadian warehouse. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination country.
Duties and Taxes Canadian and U.S. orders are delivered duty and tariff-free.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Armateq Apparel is not liable for any tariffs, duties, or fees imposed by international governments or customs authorities. By placing an order with Armateq Apparel, customers acknowledge and accept this policy.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you have not received your order within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at sales@armateqapparel.com with your name and order number.
Failed Delivery & Re-Delivery If a carrier attempts delivery multiple times and is unable to complete it, your package may be returned to us. In this case, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the cost to re-ship the package. If you prefer to cancel instead, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Pre-Orders Pre-orders allow you to reserve incoming inventory before it arrives at our warehouse. Your order will be packed and shipped as soon as all items are in stock.
Occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections or manufacturing timelines beyond our control. Expected delivery dates are listed on each product page.
To cancel or modify a pre-order, please contact us at sales@armateqapparel.com before your order ships. We are happy to accommodate changes at no cost prior to shipment.

Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please email sales@armateqapparel.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work toward a satisfactory resolution.
