Return & Refund Policy

How to Start a Return To begin a return, please email sales@armateqapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be requested within 30 days of your order being delivered. Refunds will only be issued after returned items have been physically received and inspected at our warehouse.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return and refund, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Return is requested within 30 days of delivery
• Item is unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
• Original tags are still attached
• Item was purchased at full price
• Item is not a final sale item

Final Sale Items The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Items purchased at a reduced or promotional price (e.g. buy-one-get-one, price reduction, etc.)
• Items marked as final sale at time of purchase

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 weeks. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Return Shipping

US Customers: We offer prepaid Fedex return labels for a $9 restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund total. Your label will be emailed to you once your return is approved. Please drop off your package at your nearest Fedex location.

Canadian Customers: We offer prepaid Canada Post return labels for a $9 restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund total. Your label will be emailed to you once your return is approved. Please drop off your package at your nearest Canada Post location.

If you choose your own shipping method for international returns, we are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred upon arrival into Canada. Any additional fees will be deducted from your refund total.

Exchanges  If you would like a different size or item, please request a return for your original item and place a new order. For customers local to Vancouver, Canada, in-person exchanges may be arranged by contacting us at sales@armateqapparel.com.

Discount Codes Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for a return, provided all other return conditions are met.

Pre-Orders Pre-orders allow you to reserve incoming inventory before it arrives at our warehouse. Your order will be packed and shipped as soon as all items are in stock.

Please note that occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections or manufacturing timelines beyond our control. We do our best to provide accurate estimated delivery dates on each product page.

If you would like to cancel or modify your pre-order, please contact us at sales@armateqapparel.com before your order ships. We are happy to accommodate changes at no cost prior to shipment.
